Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

1. Application / お申し込み

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• The organiser reserves the right to decline an application if the proposed products, services or activities are considered inconsistent with the purpose or objectives of the event.

• Your application will be confirmed after payment has been received.

• お申し込みをいただいた時点では出店は確定しておりません。

• 販売・展示内容が本イベントの趣旨・目的に適さないと主催者が判断した場合は、出店をお断りする場合があります。

• 出店料のお支払い確認後、正式に出店が確定します。

2. Stall Fees and Payment / 出店料・お支払い

• All stall fees are subject to GST.

• Payment must be completed by the due date stated on the invoice.

• Rental items, power supply and other optional services will be charged separately where applicable.

• 出店料にはGSTが加算されます。

• ご請求書に記載された期限までにお支払いください。

• レンタル備品、電源、その他オプションサービスは別途料金となります。

3. Stall Allocation / 出店場所

• Stall locations will be allocated by the organiser.

• While every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred location, a specific location cannot be guaranteed.

• 出店場所は主催者が決定します。

• ご希望は可能な限り考慮いたしますが、ご希望どおりにならない場合があります。

  
  

4. Products and Services / 販売・展示内容

• Only the products and services listed in the application may be sold or displayed.

• Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or served.

• The organiser reserves the right to request changes if necessary.

• お申し込み内容以外の販売・展示はできません。

• アルコール飲料の販売・提供はできません。

• 必要に応じて主催者より内容の変更をお願いする場合があります。

5. Health and Safety / 安全管理

• Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their stall complies with all applicable health and safety requirements.

• All equipment must be operated safely and responsibly.

• 出店者は安全管理に関する法令および会場ルールを遵守してください。

• 使用する機材は安全に管理・運営してください。

6. Power and Rental Items / 電源・レンタル備品

• Rental items and power must be requested in advance.

• Outdoor power, three-phase power, partition panels and other special equipment are available by quotation and subject to availability.

• 電源・レンタル備品は事前にお申し込みください。

• 屋外電源、三相電源、パーティション、その他特殊備品は、お見積りおよび手配可能な場合に限り対応いたします。

7. Liability / 免責事項

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, equipment and personal belongings.

• The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

• 商品、備品、私物等の管理は出店者の責任で行ってください。

• 主催者は紛失・盗難・破損等について一切の責任を負いません。

8. Event Changes or Cancellation / イベントの変更・中止

• The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• 天候、災害、行政指導、その他やむを得ない事情により、イベント内容の変更、延期または中止となる場合があります。

9. Agreement / 同意

By submitting this application, the exhibitor acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

本フォームを送信した時点で、本出店規約を読み、その内容に同意したものとみなします。
